Mr. Rakesh Kumar Bhutoria is a Nominee Director of BanyanTree Growth Capital. As a Managing Director and Investment Committee Member with BanyanTree, Mr. Bhutoria is engaged in investment and portfolio management. Mr. Bhutoria is also engaged with Social Venture Partners India and with several business schools given his passion for supporting social entrepreneurship and business education. In the past, Mr. Bhutoria has held senior leadership roles with Standard Chartered Bank, IDFC First Bank, GE Capital and CRISIL. Mr. Bhutoria was a Member of CII's National Forum on NBFCs in 2020-21, is a fellow of the Institute of Directors, a Chevening Scholar and holds a Public Leadership Credential from Harvard Kennedy School.

Mr. Vishal Kumar Gupta is the Additional Director - Nominee, representing First Bridge India Growth Fund. He is a co-founder of First Bridge Investment Managers Private Limited and has over 20 years of experience including 14 years in various Private Equity Funds. Mr. Gupta was the Head Private Investments at Suresh Kotak Family Office. Mr. Gupta was the Lead of Investments at India Resurgence Fund. In addition, Mr. Gupta has also served on the board of AU Financiers, Dixon Technologies, GR Infra Projects, IKF Finance, Shubham Housing, Archean Chemicals. Mr. Gupta holds a MBA degree from the University of Chicago, PGDBA from NMIMS University and B.Tech from Aligarh Muslim University.

Mr. Krishan Kant Rathi is the Additional Director - Nominee, representing First Bridge India Growth Fund and a co-founder of First Bridge Investment Managers Private Limited. He has over 35 years of operating experience in strategy, investing, M&A, JVs (Cross border & India), business structuring, setting up new businesses etc. Mr. Rathi has deep experience of full life cycle of Consumer, retail and financial services from start-ups to matured businesses, from mentoring to investing to divestment. Mr. Rathi has previously served on the board of AU Small Finance Bank, Future Generali Insurance, Aavas Financiers, Dixon Technologies, BIBA Fashion, House of Anita Dongre, Parag Milk Foods, Capital Foods. Mr. Rathi is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary.
