Managing Director & CEO

He has 2 decades of experience in Asset Finance Space. Has been associated with Mahaveer finance since 1999. His foray lies in expansion strategy, setting up of new branches, customer acquisition, credit appraisal, and disbursal processes. He also holds an MBA in finance.

MR.PRAVEEN DUGAR

Deputy Managing Director & CFO

He holds an MBA in finance and carries 2 decades of hands on experience with Mahaveer Finance. He is pivotal in setting up risk management, collection processes & lender relationships

Shri.G.Chidambar retired in 1991 as Managing Director of LIC of India. He served on the boards of of India Nippon Electricals Limited, Reliance Industries etc. He holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Delhi. He is also an Associate from the Institute of Actuaries, London besides being a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of India and Associate of Insurance Institute of India. Mr.Chidambar currently is a Chairman of Mahaveer Finance Ltd, Royal Soft Services Ltd and Coromandel Stampings

SHRI.P.S.BALASUBRAMANIAN

Mr. P. S. Balasubramaniam, B.Com, ACA, ACS served as the Managing Director of Investment Trust at India Ltd. Mr. He has over 4 decades experience in the Financial Services Sector. He has been on the board of sevaral reputed companies which include Equitas Finance Limited, Kothari Safe Deposits Ltd, Kothari Biotech Ltd., Kothari International Trading Ltd etc.He is a Member of ICAI (A.C.A.) and Member of ICSI (A.C.S.).

Mr. Satish Mehta brings with him a wealth of experience in the fields of Housing Finance, Credit Information, Business Development, Training and Consumer Finance. His legacy includes:

SHRI.K.S.MARKANDAN

Mr. K. S. Markandan, B.Sc., CAIIB served as DGM of State Bank of India and Bharat Overseas Bank Ltd. Mr. Markandan served more than 3 decades in Banking with specialization in Agricultural, Industrial and International Banking.

In the past, Mr. Bhutoria has held senior leadership roles with Standard Chartered Bank, IDFC First Bank, GE Capital and CRISIL. Mr. Bhutoria was a Member of CII's National Forum on NBFCs in 2020-21, is a fellow of the Institute of Directors, a Chevening Scholar and holds a Public Leadership Credential from Harvard Kennedy School.
